Information You Give Us

• Contact and sell-in forms. When you use our Sell Your LEGO or contact forms, we collect your name, email, phone number, and details or photos of the sets or bricks you’re offering, so we can respond and make an offer.
• Orders and accounts. When you shop with us online or create a My Account profile, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and order history. We do not store full payment card numbers; once online payment is enabled, card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Newsletter signup. If you sign up for Never Miss a Drop or another email opt-in, we collect your email address to send you store updates and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Reviews. If you submit a testimonial or review, we collect the name and content you choose to share.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technology to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your login, and understand how visitors use the site. This includes:

• Store cookies from WooCommerce, to keep track of your cart, session, and checkout.
• Analytics cookies from Google Site Kit (Google Analytics) and Jetpack, which tell us in aggregate how visitors find and use the site.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep order and transaction records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes, generally up to 7 years. Contact and sell-in form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your account or contact information sooner; see “Your Rights and Choices” below.
